Cross Country Training Camp

I had the privilege of spending a week up in Yorkshire, more specifically in Barden -- just outside Skipton. A great week of running and seeing some amazing GREEN hills. The weather was cold and wet (apparently very typical of the north). I had a injury free week of running and getting to know the team a bit better, making some good friends, as well as seeing a whole different part of the country. See below for some pics.
